Nancy Lue

Nancy Lue leads Valhalla’s K-12 education, data literacy, and medical research and talent portfolios. In this role, she leads the development of strategy and grant recommendations and manages a portfolio of grantees, providing strategic coaching and thought partnership to accelerate their results. Before joining Valhalla, Nancy was a co-founder of the Advanced Education Research & Development Fund (AERDF), where she funded innovative programs tackling teaching and learning problems that disproportionately impact disadvantaged students.

Nancy also previously served as Executive Director at Global Silicon Valley (a venture capital firm), as the head of strategic planning and performance management at the U.S. Department of Education during the Obama Administration, and as a Principal at the Education Advisory Board. Nancy holds a Masters in Education and a BA from Harvard University.
